Luna is gone

We put Luna to sleep yesterday evening. It had gone very quickly and very suddenly; within 4 days she went from being a tired old lady to not being able to walk. In the end, she wanted to sleep, although she was still aware and not in too much pain, she probably wouldn't have made it through the night. Better then that she dies peacefully and surrounded by those who love her. These pictures were taken yesterday afternoon.

We are missing her very much.
